MonitoringMinecraftContains a Death Sound for Players.
A lightwight DataPack that contains the Wither Spawn Sound the same as Unstable SMP the entire server can hear when players dying.
You can always change the sound in the death.mcfunction file.
This DataPack they use most on SMP Servers.
