This datapack limits how quickly each player can evolve multiple Pokémon.
A player can evolve up to three Pokémon in quick succession. After that, additional evolutions are temporarily blocked. The player unlocks another evolution every minute.
When an evolution is blocked, the player receives a chat message showing how many seconds they must wait before trying again.
The cooldown:
- Is shared across the player's entire party.
- Applies to all evolution methods handled by Cobblemon's evolution screen.
- Only increases after a Pokémon successfully evolves.
- Counts down while the player is online.
- Does not affect other players' cooldowns.
