⏳ Minecraft Chaos Timer
A chaotic Minecraft datapack designed to make gameplay unpredictable, thrilling, and hilarious—perfect for video content or livestreaming! Every 30 seconds, a random Chaos Event triggers individually for every player (multiplayer-friendly).
🚀 Player Commands (Non-OP / No Admin Required)
Regular players can easily control the game right from the chat using these trigger commands:
/trigger start(or/trigger day3_start)- Starts the Chaos Timer countdown.
- Displays a red Bossbar:
⚡ Next Chaos In: 30 Seconds ⚡.
/trigger stop(or/trigger day3_stop)- Pauses the Chaos Timer countdown.
- Hides the Bossbar from the top of the screen.
/trigger reset(or/trigger day3_reset)- Stops the game and completely resets the system.
- Clears active effects, removes leftover event mobs/chickens, and resets the timer back to 30 seconds.
📈 12 Unique Chaos Events
Every 30 seconds, the system selects 1 of 12 random events using Minecraft 1.21's native /random engine:

Players have 10s to stand on a randomly assigned block (Grass, Stone, Dirt, or Oak Planks). Reward: 3 Diamonds on success; Punishment: Lightning strike on failure. |

🔧 Technical Details
- Minecraft Version: Fully supports Minecraft 1.21+ (
pack_format: 48). - Natively Random: Built using Minecraft's
/randomcommand for optimal performance without lag. - Multiplayer Safe: Variables, tags, and timers are calculated independently for each player to prevent data conflicts.
