Cobblemon mod that adds a vast list of pokemons to your world, as well as some resources for you to make your own pokeballs and a great amount of pokemon itens to help you along your journey.

This is a modpack thinked to be lightweight so it has a short range of mods that aren't focused on cobblemon. 2-4 RAM required, shaders and decorative resourcepacks aren't added on pack, but feel free to use as many as you see fit.
