TechCraft2 (TC2) is an open,tech Modpack.
There are no mandatory main quests here, and you can do whatever you want here.
This integration package is small, with just over 100 mods. But it can include logistics, storage, energy, processing, mining, automation, and a few other little things. And it also provides other solutions.
In addition to tech mods, there are also some cosmetic mods.
It may look a bit rudimentary, but it doesn't matter.
