| 🔇 Vibration Dampening | Each armor piece gives a 25% chance that sculk sensors miss your vibrations. Full set: sensors, calibrated sensors and shriekers ignore you completely — even stepping right on them. |
| ⛏️ Silent Mining | The Resonant Pickaxe masks the vibrations of its own mining. No armor needed — your first safe tool for the deep dark. |
| 👁️ Serene Gaze | Wearing the Resonant Helmet, looking an enderman in the eyes no longer provokes it. The carved pumpkin effect, without the pumpkin on your face. |
| 💜 Muffled Presence | The Warden's anger toward you builds 15% slower per armor piece (60% slower with the full set). |
| 💎 Crystal Affinity | Resonant tools mine crystal and glass blocks much faster, and amethyst clusters drop an extra shard when mined with the Resonant Pickaxe. |
| 🛠️ Resonance Infusion | Love your current armor? Find the Resonance Upgrade smithing template in ancient cities (duplicable) and infuse ANY armor piece with a Resonant Crystal — it counts as a resonant piece for every perk, keeping its enchantments and trims. |
⚖️ Balance
- Stats sit between iron and diamond (diamond-level harvest) — you trade raw numbers for perks.
- High enchantability (gold-like): amethyst is magical, and enchants roll better than diamond.
- Progression gated by the deep dark itself: Resonant Crystals are crafted from 8 amethyst shards around 1 echo shard (yields 4). Your first ancient-city expedition is unprotected — the gear is the reward that makes return trips safe.
⚙️ Configuration
Every perk is a toggle (plus tuning values) via Cloth Config — config screen on both loaders (ModMenu on Fabric, mod list button on NeoForge). Server-authoritative.
