🛡️ Anchor's No Shield Delay
Anchor's No Shield Delay is a lightweight, performance-focused utility mod for Fabric 1.21.10 that fixes one of Minecraft's most frustrating combat mechanics: the shield delay.
In Vanilla Minecraft, there is a hardcoded 5-tick (0.25 second) delay from the moment you right-click to the moment the shield actually starts blocking damage. This mod eliminates that window entirely.

🛠️ Technical Overview
Vanilla Minecraft requires itemUseTimeLeft to be active for at least 5 ticks before the isBlocking() method returns true. This mod injects into the LivingEntity class to allow for 0-tick activation, ensuring your hitboxes are updated the same frame you press the button.
