Minecraft

Gameplay Modifications

Added SPAWN_PHANTOMS_END. A config value set to true by default to make phantoms spawn in the end. Adds new recipe for mending books: a phantom membrane and a book in an anvil.
Added REWORK_VANILLA_ENCHANTMENTS. Reworks the entire villager trades and way of obtaining some enchanted books.
When a players joins a world they will unlock all recipes.

Gamerules

These values are set in the config files. When starting a server, the server will run these gamerules according to the set values.

The first two trades (Level 1) determine Tier 3–5 armor parts and enchantments.
