Elytra Hopper is heavily inspired by Elytra Recast, but for Minecraft 26.1.x and 26.2.x.
If/when Elytra Recast updates, you should use it instead!

- Landing in water can close your elytra so you can swim normally.
- Reduces jump cooldown while holding jump, with a configurable delay from 0 to 10 ticks.
