EMI Loot + LootJS Fix

Forces EMI Loot to display loot table changes that were made using LootJS scripts.

This mod fixes issue #111. The fix is very simple, but the cost is that EMI Loot has to parse all loot tables twice (once before LootJS which was the original reason it wouldn't had anything from LootJS, and a second time after LootJS), but I don't think this will have any noticeable effect on performance. There's probably a better solution but I'm a bit limited since this fix has to be a mixin.

⚠️ IMPORTANT️ ⚠️

• This fix only works when using the LootJS.lootTables() event instead of LootJS.modifiers(). There are more details about this in the LootJS Wiki
• You also don't actually need LootJS for this fix; if there's some other mod facing the same issue with EMI Loot, this mod should fix it.
• Once the EMI Loot author has a fix, I'll archive this project and redirect to the EMI Loot page.
