What is this mod?
FNAF Foundations: Reborn is a remake of my first FNAF block mod (which had a similar name). It's built to fix a problem I've always had with FNAF Minecraft mods: the lack of wall variety.
Instead of giving you a fixed set of walls, this mod hands you a decal system you layer and recolour on top of a few base blocks, so you can build almost any surface you can picture.
If you can draw it, you can make it.
About the pack:
FNAF Foundations was originally going to be one big mod with walls, floors, ceilings, props, and more. I've since decided to split it into separate themed packs. It's easier to manage and update, and it gets new content to you faster.
This is The Block Pack, the first release in the collection. All three packs — the Block Pack, the Deco Pack, and the Animatronic/NPC Pack — run on the same custom system, so every block, prop, and character can be fully customised the same way.
Currently included?
- 6 recolourable base blocks (brick, wood, tile and more) — every colour is yours to change
- A stackable decal system: layer decals on any block, set the order yourself, adjust opacity, and choose which faces they show on
- 18 built-in decals pulled from the games — FNAF 4 bedroom & hallway walls, Sister Location metal panels, FNAF 3 tiles, FNAF 2 party stripes, Fredbear stripes, confetti, arcade sparks, cracks, borders and more
- A built-in paint tool to draw your own 16×16 decals in-game (brush, fill, eyedropper, shading, selection, colour groups, undo/redo)
- Import & export decals as plain PNGs to share with friends
- A Decal Library that syncs your custom decals across multiplayer and tucks them inside shared world downloads, so they show up for everyone
- A Colour Picker tool to copy one wall's entire look and stamp it onto another
- Lightweight by design — happily tested alongside 120+ other mods
What's next?
Next up I'm planning animated textures, along with glass and neon blocks in a future update. I also plan to either make the mod compatable with Mods like Create Copycats and Framed Blocks, as it currently doesn't work with said mods. This is because of how the mods interact with Block Entities.
