What is it?
Gregic Tinkering adds new tool types to Tinkers Construct 3 which are compatible with GregTech: Modern.
Features
Crafting Tools
Adds tinkerable varieties of all crafting tools (excluding the knife), including all in-world interactions!
This means that you can make a wrench from multiple parts, repair it and even give it modifiers.
Crafting tool heads are made with the casting table. Head Shapes, which are used to make tool head casts, can be produced from cobblestone in a Part Builder.
Power Tools
This mod also adds Power Tools (available at steam age, requires the Tinkers Anvil), broad tools which consume power to operate.
They can not only be powered by EU, but also by various fuels, as determined by their engine type (using Steam Turbine, Gas Turbine or Combustion Generator recipes).
Power Tools are entirely reliant upon power to function, and will not work without any! Furthermore, gas- and diesel-powered tools need an air supply in order to produce power (currently, this means that they will not function underwater or in any dimension type tagged gregic_tinkering:no_air)
However, they consume durability far slower than normal tools, ignoring 60% of durability damage at LV, and a further 5% per tier above LV.
Finally, Power Tools have their own unique modifiers, such as Lubricated, which reduces EU usage and Transformer, which lets electric tools be charged at any voltage tier!
The current Power Tools are the Drill, which mines dirt and stone blocks in a 3x3 area (unless sneaking), the Chainsaw which cuts down trees and breaks wood blocks in a 3x3 area (unless sneaking), and 6 powered variants of crafting tools: the Impact Wrench (wrench), Jackhammer (hammer), Angle Grider (file), Screw Gun (screwdriver), Buzzsaw (saw), and Powered Wire Cutter (wire cutter).
