Furniture with create and sable compat

Mod needs create or sable to work and actually do something

You can now seat on contraptions and trains and physical entities from mod sable and create, works just like create seats but with lets do furniture, another-furniture, handcrafted, quark, unusal furniture you can seat mobs on it too, just like in create contraptions and trains
