🔒 Portal Lock
This mod prevents players from entering portals unless they have a required item.

🎮 How it works
Players must carry a specific item to enter:
- Nether Portal → configurable item
- End Portal → configurable item
If the item is missing:
- Entry is blocked
- A message is displayed
- A sound is played
