Questing Librarians replaces the tedious "lectern rerolling" grind in Minecraft with an exploration-driven trading system.
Instead of breaking and replacing a lectern hundreds of times to get the right trade, Librarians no longer generate random enchanted books. Instead, you find enchanted books out in the world and teach them directly to villagers!
🌟 Key Features
- No Random Book Rerolling: Librarians never generate random enchanted book trades. Standard trades (paper, bookshelves, lanterns, glass, clocks) remain unchanged.
- Teach Trades: Right-click a Librarian while holding an Enchanted Book found in the world to teach them that trade permanently.
- Master Curing Reward: Cure a Level 5 (Master) Zombie Villager to receive 1 random max-level Enchanted Book trade (7 Emeralds + 1 Book) and unlock a 4th book slot!
- 100% Guaranteed Zombification: Villagers killed by zombies always turn into Zombie Villagers, even on Normal or Easy difficulty.
- Fixed Trade Prices: Vanilla curing discounts and dynamic price shifts are disabled so trade prices remain strictly fixed.
- Grindstone Reset: Right-click a Librarian with a Grindstone to wipe player-taught trades and refund regular Books (cured reward trades are protected!).
- Trading GUI Slot Counter: Displays

📖 How It Works
- Find Books: Explore loot chests, fish, or enchant books.
- Teach Villagers: Right-click a Librarian with a found Enchanted Book. (Traded books bought from villagers cannot be used to teach other villagers).
- Cure Masters: Curing a Master-level Zombie Villager gives a guaranteed random max-level book trade and unlocks a 4th slot.
- Reset Trades: Right-click with a Grindstone to clear taught trades and get regular Books back!
