This mod is a possession-focused Minecraft mod that lets you take over many different mobs and play as them with their own custom abilities, sounds, movement, targeting behavior, and special mechanics. Instead of only changing your appearance, the mod is built to make each possession feel closer to how that mob actually plays in vanilla. You can become zombies, skeletons, illagers, wardens, breezes, endermen, wolves, piglins, pandas, and many more, with different attacks, healing items, immunities, movement styles, and faction reactions depending on what you are possessing.
To start progression, you need to collect Possession Relic Shards, which can be found through bastion chests and trader shrines. These Shrines can be found in soul sand valley and dark forest biomes.
If you do come across one, you have to complete 3 waves of undead mobs. Once you do, the soul_trader will spawn.
With this mob, you can trade with it to get soul shards. If you have 4 shards and a totem, you can craft a possession_relic.
With the possession relic, right click on mobs to possess them. This version already includes a large amount of playable content, while future updates will continue expanding and polishing the system. *Currently you cannot possess the ender_dragon. I plan to work on that later.
