SnapClip
A performance friendly Minecraft Replay/Clipping mod.
/replay
/Replay command gives you access to instant replays of the last 30 seconds. In this mode, nothing gets saved anywhere. You just replay what happened on the last [x] amount of seconds! Be aware, you will lose the replay if you get out of the replay. If you don't want this to happen, run the save subcommand to save it as a clip!
Here is the arguments you will use
/replay [speed]
Replay everyone for in [speed] times speed.
/replay off
Stop the replay with this command, and restore live view.
/replay <pause/resume>
Pause or resume the replay!
/replay seek
Jump to an exact second of the replay!
/replay step <+/->
Jump one frame forward or back, the replay has to be punished in order to use this command.
/replay speed <1|0.5|0.25>
Change the speed of the replay!
/replay cam
Switch the camera mode! Modes are given below: free: your own view. follow: orbit the focused player (you can view things around you using the mouse) pov: focus to a players view (forces first-person of a player) freecam: detached camera: Pressing Ctrl gives you more speed, anything else is just the same as spectator cam.
/replay save
Save your replay as a clip! Use this command if you do not want to lose the replay.
/clip
/clip command lets you clip, just like in medal! The only time you experience any performance loss is when you run the clipping command. Everything gets saved!
Here is the arguments you will use
/clip [name]
Save a clip of amount of seconds!
/clip play [speed]
Play a saved clip! You will be put in freecam.
/clip list
This is where you find a list of all your saved clips!
/clip delete
Delete a saved clip.
/clip off
Stop playing a clip!
IMPORTANT: If you move 0.5 blocks away in live-game compared to where you started the clip or replay, you will be automatically put outside the clip/replay!
/record
/record lets you record longer captures! You would have to run /record to start the recording, and finish the recording by running another sub-command. This one is a little bit different to /clip and /replay since you run the command at the start of where you want to be recorded, instead of running it when it ends. If /clip is Medal, /record can be considered OBS.
Here is the arguments you will use
/record start
Start a recording!
/record stop
Stop a recording! It will be stored as a clip.
Note: The recordings gets saved the same way a clip gets saved. In order to run the recording or delete it, run /clip play or /clip delete.
/snapclip
/snapclip is where you find the mod settings and configuration!
Here is the arguments you will use
/snapclip config
Open the config menu!
/snapclip nametagcolor <#hex>
In replays, change the color of the nametag!
/snapclip debugfps
This is where you can see what actually affects your performance, real data. Gets saved in .snapclip in your %appdata% (roaming) folder, right next to your clips!
Keybinds

A note from the creator
Thank you for downloading SnapClip ❤️. I've been working on this project for a few weeks now, and I've gotten to meet some amazing people in the process. If you are wondering when a port of Snapclip is coming to newer Minecraft versions, you'll have to wait for me to polish it a bit more first. If you find any bugs, please add it to the issues. Keep in mind, this mod is currently on beta! Bugs are expected. Again, thank you! You are the one who makes this possible. I love you all. Stay safe, stay happy, stay alive? I'm out of things to write. Thoria signs off!
