Tensura EP and Evolving Armour, Tools and Weapons

Currently this mod supports all vanilla armour and tools into low magisteel/leather into monster leather, shield into upgraded tensura shields. It also evolves weapons added by tensura to low magisteel and the rest of the items that don't have ep in base tensura. Current mods supported that add EP and Evolving are Simply Swords, Cisco's Content/Armoury, Ice and Fire, and Gobber.

First number is requirement to evolve/max ep second is min EP after evolved Armour
