What is The Faith?
The Faith is a dark and atmospheric Minecraft mod that introduces a deep dual-faction system — the light of Christianity and the shadow of Satanism. Every choice you make shapes your path, your powers, and your fate.
This is not a magic mod. This is a roleplay experience built around belief, sacrifice, and consequence.
✝ The Path of Light
Wield the Holy Bible — a sacred tome that channels divine mana through prayer and righteousness.
- Heal nearby allies with holy energy
- Empower yourself with divine strength, speed and resistance
- Bless the afflicted, cleansing curses and harmful effects
- Cure Zombie Villagers and return them to the living
- Hold the Cross to burn monsters with holy fire
The light protects. But it demands purity.
Sign the Pact — and the Bible turns to ash in your hands.
☩ The Path of Darkness
Seal your soul with Satan's Contract — and unlock power that no prayer can grant.
- The Dagger — harvest mana from blood. Kill animals, villagers, players. Or sacrifice your own flesh.
- The Voodoo Doll — bind a player's name to the doll. Throw it in fire, water, cobwebs or ice. Watch them suffer from afar.
- Pentagram Rituals — five ancient circles, each demanding a different sacrifice:
- 🌑 Night — lock the world in eternal darkness
- 👁 Pact — neutralize all monsters around you
- ⚡ Satan — call down divine judgment. Lightning. Death.
- 🩸 Wish — offer blood, speak an item's name, receive it
- 💀 Blessing — cheat death itself. Die once. Wake up in the Nether.
The darkness gives. But it never forgives.

The two factions are not just mechanics — they are at war.
- Villagers refuse to trade with those who bear the Mark of Satan
- Sacred foods burn the tongues of the unholy
- Every player bears a faction tag above their name — ✝ white for the faithful, ☩ red for the damned
- The Ritual Knife — a weak blade that steals the soul's experience on kill

Blood is currency in the dark economy.
Slay creatures with the Dagger while holding a Glass Bottle — and collect their blood.
Three tiers of Blood Bottles fuel the most powerful rituals.
Found rarely in dungeons, temples and bastions — or harvested yourself.
