TreasureMapFix
This mod intends to improve the treasure maps generation latency when opening the chest. Is not lag-free, as we do not modify the vanilla implementation, although it is significantly improved because the workload does not occur in a single tick.
How does it work?
It takes the native implementation and divides the work into multiple ticks of the server. The map is created blank until the location of the structure is found, then it updates the map data. Finally, it saves the location in memory of the map data so it can be added into the item when it ticks.
Installation
- Install fabric loader.
- Download the last mod version at releases.
- Add the mod jar into
.minecraft/modsdirectory.
