Unsay adds delete, edit, and reply controls directly to Minecraft chat.
When you edit or remove one of your messages, the action is validated by the server and synchronized for every connected player.
Unsay is currently in beta. Feedback and bug reports are welcome.

Delete
- Open chat
- Hold Shift
- Hover over your message
- Click the trash icon
The message is removed for everyone.
Operators can also remove messages sent by other players.
With an empty input, you can quickly remove your latest message using:
Shift + DeleteShift + Backspace

Edit
Start editing by either:
- Holding Shift and clicking the pencil icon
- Pressing
Shift + ↑while the chat input is empty
Press Enter to apply the edit for everyone.
Submitting an empty edit removes the message.

Reply
Click the reply arrow beside a tracked message.
Unsay adds the original sender and a short message preview before your response.

Requirements
- The mod must be installed on both the client and server
- Fabric requires Fabric API
- Forge builds are also available
- Supported Minecraft versions are listed on the Versions page
Unsay is built for multiplayer but also works in singleplayer.
