Upgradables
Upgradables reworks Minecraft's gear progression by turning every tool and armor piece into a long-term investment.
Instead of crafting a completely new set every time you reach a higher tier, you upgrade your existing equipment through the Smithing Table using special Upgrade Templates found throughout the world.
Tool Progression
Wood → Stone → Copper → Iron → Gold → Diamond
Armor Progression
Leather → Chainmail → Copper → Iron → Gold → Diamond
Every upgrade after the first tier requires a Smithing Table and the corresponding Upgrade Template.

- Found in Trial Chamber Vault rewards

Gold Upgrade
- Found in Mineshaft Minecart chests (excluding Badlands Mineshafts)

Diamond Upgrade
- Found in Ancient City chests
- Guaranteed
