XWatheRoles
XWatheRoles is a gameplay expansion for Wathe / Harpy Murder Train. It rebuilds role assignment around clearer faction categories, adds new roles and modifiers, and includes multiple compatibility fixes for existing Wathe addon ecosystems.

New Roles
- Poison Killer: hostile poison role with strong poison, normal poison, poison immunity checks, and custom poison logic.
- Arbalist: killer role using a loaded crossbow-style weapon, recoverable arrows, and timed income.
- Psychopath: absolute neutral role that earns money and wins by becoming the final survivor.
- Bartender: innocent support role that prepares bartender agents, cleans poison, restores mood/stamina, and tracks drinkers.
- Lucifer: killer-neutral role with heavy damage immunity, traps, flashbangs, and unique instinct behavior.
- Priest: innocent revival role using a one-use bible, with special revival handling for killers, neutrals, innocents, and lovers.
- Pharmacist: innocent support role with stimulant, antidote, nutrient solution, and night-vision medicine.
- Butcher: innocent combat role with very high mood capacity and severe penalties for killing innocents.
- Dreamwalker: absolute neutral role that can progress into Nightmare or Dream Guardian through false poison and weak shield mechanics.
- Nightmare: transformed killer role with a sleep-target teleport kill.
- Dream Guardian: transformed innocent role that supports sleeping players with protective good-dream effects.
- Sugar Dealer: innocent role that sells or force-feeds sugar for stamina/night-vision effects with overdose risk.
- Questioner: killer role replacing the old guesser modifier, using paid role guesses with escalating penalties.
- Overseer: innocent surveillance role with cameras, tablet viewing, repair tools, and camera interaction with hackers and robots.
- Virus: absolute neutral infection role with virus reagent, contaminated food/drink, delayed symptoms, virus death logic, and a venom gun.
New and Reworked Modifiers
- Mute: disables voice/text chat and grants limited identity insight.
- Devout: empty post-revival modifier used to clear old modifiers after priest revival.
- Saboteur: can force doors open bare-handed at mood/stamina cost.
- Heart Disease: innocent-only risk modifier triggered by staying too close to killers.
- Hungry, Drunk, Sleepy, Athlete, Mental Breakdown, Refined, Thief, Tired, and other modifier logic is integrated into the custom assignment and information system.
- Removed or disabled unstable legacy modifiers such as Guesser, Graverobber, Tall, and Gloomy where they conflicted with the current rules.
Compatibility
XWatheRoles can run without NoellesRoles, KinsWathe, or Stupid Express installed. Compatibility hooks for those addons are enabled only when the relevant addon is present.
When installed together, XWatheRoles provides fixes and integration for:
- NoellesRoles role/modifier text and disabled legacy roles/modifiers.
- KinsWathe role faction classification, shop replacements, hacker surveillance interactions, technician/cook/robot integration, and item texture reuse.
- Stupid Express lover support, necromancer/amnesiac revive restrictions, arsonist win display, and role filtering.
