⚡ BungeeSTOP
BungeeSTOP is a lightweight, essential plugin for BungeeCord proxy networks. It provides server administrators and the console with a clean, safe way to stop or restart the proxy server.
Instead of force-closing your proxy and leaving players with ugly "Timed out" or "Connection reset" errors, BungeeSTOP safely kicks all connected players with a customizable, formatted message before shutting down the instance.

🛠️ Commands & Usage
All commands accept an optional reason. If no reason is provided, a default one is used.
/stop [reason] Safely disconnects all players and shuts down the proxy.
Alias: /end
Example: /stop The network is going down for scheduled maintenance!
/restart [reason] Safely disconnects players with a restart message and shuts down the proxy.
Example: /restart Restarting to apply updates. Be right back!
⚠️ Important note about /restart: BungeeCord does not have a native way to restart its own Java process. The /restart command will safely stop the proxy. To bring the proxy back online automatically, you must ensure your server uses an auto-restart loop script (like a start.sh or start.bat that automatically restarts the .jar when it closes).
🔒 Permissions
bungeestop.admin — Grants access to the /stop, /end, and /restart commands. (The proxy console has permission by default).
📦 Installation
Download the latest BungeeSTOP.jar file.
Place the file inside your BungeeCord /plugins folder.
Restart your proxy. You're good to go!
