Inject the powers of The Boys into Minecraft.
Most heroes don't get their powers in a lab. On your server, they will. One bottle at a time.
CompoundV is a modular ability plugin inspired by The Boys. Players drink experimental serums to roll for super powers — from flight and heat vision to a one-shot chest beam that vaporizes anyone in its path. Every ability has real controls, real cooldowns, and real consequences.

| V-Null Virus | 🟣 | A bio-weapon. Infects and strips abilities from any supe it hits. Splash & lingering variants available. |

🔴 The Patriot — like Homelander
The face of Vought. Untouchable, arrogant, absolutely lethal. Compound V's rarest roll — the V One variant is even stronger.
- ✈️ Permanent flight — automatic, no toggle
- 🔥 Heat Vision — press F to toggle a high-damage eye beam with overheat system
- 👁️ X-Ray — Sneak + Right-Click to reveal nearby entities through walls
- 🚀 Jump Start — Sneak, look up, then Jump to launch yourself skyward
- 💥 Sonic Boom Landing — fall from 30+ blocks for a devastating impact explosion
- 💪 Permanent Strength III, Resistance II, Regeneration & +10 bonus hearts
🩸 V One variant adds Strength IV, Resistance III, fire resistance, faster flight and a stronger Jump Start.
🟡 The Veteran — like Soldier Boy · V One exclusive
The original supe. Pissed off, off the grid, and packing nuclear-grade firepower in his chest.

- ⚔️ Bonus Strength and Resistance while submerged
🏃 The Runner — like A-Train
- ⚡ Speed stages scaling to top velocity — press F to toggle
- 💥 High-speed impact damage on collision with entities
- 🧊 Special movement bonuses when sprinting over water
👻 The Ghost — like Translucent
- Press F — activates Ghost Mode (Invisibility II + Resistance + Strength)
- 🔥 Passive Fire Resistance
- 🛡️ Immune to Heat Vision damage while invisible
- 🐺 Active mobs drop targeting while Ghost Mode is on
- ⏱️ 5 second toggle cooldown
🔥 Heat Vision I / II / III / IV
Four separately rollable tiers. Color indicates tier: blue → green → orange → red.
- Press F to toggle
- Overheat system — extended use triggers a cooldown; toggle off early to reset the timer
- Cooks raw mob drops on kill · clears vegetation in the beam path
🔵 Sonic Boom — like Bombsight · V One exclusive
- 💪 Passive Strength IV, Resistance IV, +10 bonus hearts, projectile immunity
- ✈️ Electric flight at 3× speed with a powerful jump start
- Sneak + Left-Click — fires a Sonic Beam (Warden-style, 3s cooldown)
- Press F — launches a Sonic Ring (30s cooldown) with knockback and area damage
- 💥 Explosive landing from height (30s cooldown)
⚡ Stormstrike — like Stormfront · V One exclusive
- 💪 Passive Strength, Resistance and extra hearts
- ✈️ Electric flight with lightning jump-start particles
- Press F — toggles a lightning beam dealing tick damage in a wide arc
- Melee hits trigger real lightning strikes on the target
- Fall impact summons 4 visible lightning effects
💛 Heal Angel — like Private Angel · V One exclusive
- 💪 Passive Strength II, Resistance II, Regeneration II, +5 bonus hearts
- Sneak + Left-Click — heals a nearby entity (min 1 heart, 1s cooldown)
- Press F — commands a nearby mob to follow and protect you (they won't attack their owner)
🌊 Submarine — like Submarine · V One exclusive
A supercharged aquatic fighter — The Diver's true evolution.
- 💪 Doubled Strength and Resistance bonuses while submerged
- Sneak + Left-Click — extended Sonar pulse revealing entities through terrain
- Press F — powerful Riptide Dash (1s cooldown) for underwater mobility

- 💪 Passive Strength I
- Press F — Jump Boost V + temporary fall damage immunity
- ⏱️ 15 second cooldown
💥 Shockwave
- 💪 Passive Strength II, Resistance I
- Press F — 10-block pressure wave, heavy knockback (3 hearts vs players, 6 vs mobs)
- ⚡ Critical hits automatically trigger mini shockwaves
- ⏱️ 2 minute cooldown

- ⛏️ Permanent Haste IV — mine through anything instantly
- Press F — toggle Night Vision
- 💪 Passive Strength I, Resistance I
💡 Flash Light — like Starlight
- 💪 Passive Strength II, Resistance I
- Press F — 15-block Blindness burst hitting all nearby entities
- Sneak + Left-Click — focused light beam attack
🔥 FireSonic
- 🔥 Passive Fire Resistance, Strength I, Resistance I
- Press F — toggles a close-range fire beam dealing tick damage
- Melee hits apply fire pressure on every hit
☠️ Toxic Cloud
- 🧪 Permanent Poison Immunity
- Press F — releases a poison gas cloud around you
- Sneak + Left-Click — short-range poison vomit targeting entities ahead
🔥 The Countess — like Crimson Countess
- 🔥 Passive Fire Resistance, Strength II, Resistance I · flight enabled
- Press F — launches a fireball
- Double jump mid-air activates a fire jump boost

- Press F — area pulse hitting all nearby entities

🕷️ SpiderWeaver — like WebWeaver
- 💪 Passive Strength I, Resistance I, Regeneration I
- Press F — fires a web projectile trapping entities in cobwebs
- Sneak + Left-Click — places a cobweb trap at your location
- 🧗 Wall Climbing — hold Sneak while touching a wall
💣 The Detonator — like Naqib
- 🔥 Passive Fire Resistance, Strength II, Resistance I
- Sneak (hold) — charges a countdown, then releases a large self-centered explosion (self-damage protection active)
- Every 3rd melee hit triggers an explosive strike
- Melee hits apply fire damage
📏 Size Changer
- Sneak + Left-Click looking up → Giant form (+10 hearts, doubled melee, Jump Boost II)
- Sneak + Left-Click looking down → Tiny form (~3.5× smaller)
- Cooldown starts after returning to normal size
- V One upgrade available with stronger bonuses
🌀 Teleporter
Short-range blink ability. V One upgrade available for longer range and reduced cooldown.

Classic standalone powers.
- Flight — Permanent creative-style flight with a basic Jump Start
- Speedster — Toggle Speed IV · sprint Resistance bonus
- Super Strength — Passive Strength III + Resistance. No cooldown. You just hit harder. Forever.
- Fire — Passive ring of fire ignites nearby enemies · Fire Resistance included
- Vision — Sneak + Right-Click to reveal entities through walls with a glowing effect

🌍 Languages
English, German, Spanish, French, Hindi and Russian ship out of the box.
Set language: en (or de, es, fr, hi, ru) in config.yml.
Drop a custom file into plugins/CompoundV/lang/ to add more.
❓ FAQ
💀 What happens when I die with an ability?
By default, you lose it. Same risk Vought's heroes never had — and exactly what makes serums valuable and PvP genuinely tense.
⏱️ How long do Temp V abilities last?
The duration is rolled per drink between min_duration_minutes and max_duration_minutes (default: 15–120 min). When the timer runs out, the ability fades automatically.
🎲 Why is The Patriot so rare?
By design. Default weight is 1 against a combined pool of 100+. Tweak the weight in config.yml if you want him more common.
🔧 Can I disable abilities or change roll chances?
Yes. Set any ability's chance to 0 in config.yml to disable it, or adjust the number to influence roll frequency. Run /cv reload to apply without restart.
🧪 Can two players have the same ability at the same time?
Yes. Every drink rolls independently — there's no global lock. Two Patriots on one server? That's a tournament.
