Custom Join & Leave

Have you ever wanted players to have their own unique join and leave messages? Let them express themselves with custom messages, color codes, and full PlaceholderAPI support?

Luckily for you, there's my plugin that makes it possible!

I originally made this for my Paper server on version 1.21.1, but I think it should work on higher versions too.

So, the plugin includes:

CUSTOM JOIN MESSAGES

• /enter <message with * as nickname>
• Example: /enter The legend * has arrived!
• Full color code support (&a, &c, etc.)
• Saves per player

CUSTOM LEAVE MESSAGES

• /exit <message with * as nickname>
• Example: /exit * left the building!
• Full color code support
• Saves per player

NICKNAME PLACEHOLDER

• * represents the player's nickname
• Place it anywhere in the message
• Can be used only once per message
• Supports colored nicknames via PlaceholderAPI

PERMISSION BASED

COMMANDS

DELAYED JOIN MESSAGES

• Configurable delay before sending
• Prevents messages before player fully loads
• Default 40 ticks (2 seconds)
• Prevents ghost messages on kick

VANILLA MESSAGE SUPPRESSION

• Disables default join/quit messages
• Only your custom messages appear
• Clean and professional
• Configurable toggle

PLACEHOLDERAPI SUPPORT

• Full PlaceholderAPI integration
• Colored/gradient nicknames
• Any PAPI placeholder works
• Example: %hexnicks_nick%

STORAGE

• YAML-based storage
• Lightweight and fast
• Per-player settings
• Easy to backup
