Lightning is a lightweight Paper and Spigot plugin for creating custom commands and extending existing ones with configurable actions, conditions, cooldowns, permissions, and more.

Everything is configured through YAML, making it easy to build utility commands, server shortcuts, interactive experiences, and command automation without writing code.
