ClickToReply

A lightweight private messaging plugin for Paper/Spigot featuring /msg and /r, a fully configurable chat prefix, and clickable reply prompts in chat.

Features

Feature	Description
Private messaging	`/msg <player> <message>` sends a direct message to another player
Quick reply	`/r <message>` replies to the last conversation partner, works in both directions
Clickable replies	Received messages can be clicked to auto-fill `/msg <player>` into the chat box
Two click modes	`text` appends a clickable tag at the end of the message, `name` makes the sender's name itself clickable
Full configurability	Prefix, message formats, error messages, sound feedback, and click behavior are all editable in `config.yml`
Live config reload	Config values are read fresh on every command, so `/reload` applies changes without a restart
Tab completion	Online player names are suggested when typing `/msg`
Sound feedback	Optional sound played for the recipient when a message arrives
No dependencies	No database, no external libraries, in-memory reply tracking only

Option	Description
`prefix`	Chat prefix shown in every message, supports `&`-color codes
`format-sender` / `format-receiver`	Message templates with `{prefix}`, `{sender}`, `{receiver}`, `{message}` placeholders
`click-reply.mode`	`text` appends a clickable tag, `name` makes the sender's name clickable
`click-reply.name-color`	Color applied to the sender's name in `name` mode
`sound.*`	Enable/disable and customize the notification sound

Installation

Drop clicktoreply-<version>.jar into the server's plugins/ folder
Start or reload the server, config.yml is generated automatically
