Netherite Fragments

This plugin makes it so that everyone has excess to a netherite upgrade template to prevent gate keeping and hogging by making it so that piglin trades have a small chance to yeild a netherite template fragment. Nine of these fragments can be used to make a usable netherite upgrade template. These shards drop in addition to the item that the piglin would have given you in the trade. The odds for one of these to drop can be changed by any operator using commands and they can be given to anybody using a special command. The netherite template fragment is a reskin of the knowledhge book which is a item that can not be obtained normally in survival and when sued on someone it unlocks all the crafting recipes. This item was chosen since it serves almost no purpose. The texture pack thet contains the reskin is included as a dependency.
