NovaterraGov is a civilization-based territory plugin that replaces traditional land claiming with a structured progression system. Players develop from Nomads into rulers of civilizations, managing territories, citizens, and progression systems.
Main Features
Civilization Progression
Players advance through ranks: Nomad → Hunter → Baron → Citizen → Count Each rank represents increased authority and access to territory systems.
Territory System
Create and manage a personal territory
Limited system: 1 player = 1 territory, 1 world = 4 territories
Territory size ranges from 30×30 to 80×80
Requires 1000 coins to create
Automatic hidden protection via RedProtect
Citizen System
Players can request to join territories
Territory owners (Barons) manage requests via GUI
Accept or deny citizenship applications
Citizens become official residents of a territory
