Adds animated 3D pets that follow players, with customizable particle trails and support for fully custom pet textures.

- 6 particle trail effects: Hearts, End Rod, Flame, Snowflake, Witch, Enchant — permission-gated per effect
- Admin give command to grant pets to other players
- MySQL and SQLite support for pet data persistence
