TicketSystem
TicketSystem is a simple and practical ticket plugin for Minecraft servers that helps players contact staff quickly and gives moderators a clean way to handle requests in-game.
Players can create a ticket with /ac <message>, and online staff members with permission will instantly receive a notification. Staff can accept tickets directly from chat or through the /tickets GUI panel, answer the player through chat, and the ticket will automatically close after the reply is sent.
