For Almost Every Minecraft Version
Actually Short Swords* is a resource pack that makes swords actually short by shortening them to 13 pixels tall (and 12 for copper/stone/wooden)
Plus, you don't even need OptiFine for this to work!
For comparison, Vanilla is 16 pixels tall and 15 pixels on copper/stone/wooden.
* 1.13- is best effort support (I can't figure out how to make short swords using 1.13 textures)
Please note: I'm lazy this project doesn't use models/blockstates and was designed for PVP texture packs.
