Some blocks like hoppers and cauldrons use sprites, yet can be placed on the ground. Consistency rectifies this issue by having items render as their block models. Since every new model pulls from existing textures, it is compatible with other resource packs!
Additional Features
- Boats, Minecarts, the End Crystal, and the Armor Stand feature models to match their entity counterparts
- Adjust awkward models such as Nether Sprouts
- Beds, Banners, and the Shield are now isometric
- Shield moved down to increase visibility
- Custom models when equipped in the helmet slot
Miscellaneous Information
- Releases: Consistency will be worked on when i feel like it(PRs greatly appreciated!), and releases published to Modrinth only for full Minecraft releases, snapshots may be supported on the Github repo.
- Supported versions?: Until compatibility breaks Consistency will actively support all Minecraft versions starting from 1.20.
- Bedrock port?: Not planned.
- Do I need Optifine?: Nope!
- Modpack usage: I would appreciate if the pack was only included within Modrinth packs / .mrpack files. *
