Mushroom Fields in Minecraft are my go-to for living, along with a couple dozen villagers crammed into a giant dirt villager head. I can't believe it's taken me this long to make a mushroom and fungus based texture pack...
Field mushrooms are both based off their programmer-art textures. Nether fungi are both meant to better convey their shape and vine directions.
Shrooms are but a simple thing, no need to make any more points than this.
