It just animates the old totem of undying.
If you want to change the animation speed, then open the totem_of_undying.png.mcmeta file along this path
assets/minecraft/textures/item/totem_of_undying.png.mcmeta
and enter any number here

If you want the totem to be small, then download "mini items" and "small totem pop".
