Recently on platforms like X, Reddit and YouTube, it has been (re)discovered that the model for the Wither is off-centered. This pack simply moves the tail part (under the "neck") half a pixel to the right to ensure proper alignment.
You need to either use Optifine with Custom Entity Models enabled, or the mod Entity Model Features with a mod loader of choice.
