How to install
- Download True Coloured Concrete according to the version you use
- Open file explorer
- Copy or move the .zip file to C:\Users{USER}\AppData\Roaming.minecraft\resourcepacks
If using with another resource pack:
- Move the loaded resource pack above the resource pack you are using with it
