Extra Mc is "Improved Minecraft" i haven't tried to add to much I've only tried to enhance things that are in the game already such as the end, nether, progression and some more "smaller" things.
Better Nether and Better End to add some content to the barren end and to spice up the nether more then 1.16 did.
LevelZ and End Remastered I've added these to make the progression a bit slower/better, while playing though the pack Levelz and end remastered improved it for me much more then i thought levelz made me play like i never would of before and was so fun and with end remastered it made me journey the world and made it so i could rush the end to quickly.
Emotecraft and Joy of Painting I added these mainly for multi player but they work just as well in single and for possible video play throughs. Emotecraft adds emotes from lots of things, you just have to get them from the web, a site i personal trust https://emotes.kosmx.dev/emotes Joy of painting is just a fun mod that lets you paint on a choice of multiple canvas with colours you have to add yourself. I just found recently found and fell in love with this mod and i hope you do to.
Ender Dragon Fight Remasterd, Infinite Dragon Eggs and Dracomelette I added these together as i think there a perfect fit as well as at least one of the other mods have a dragon egg in its crafting recipe and as this is made for multi player i think EDFR and Infinite Dragon Eggs are a good fit and for Dracomelette i just wanted to add something to the eggs other then for crafting.
NiftyCarts and Immersive Aircraft I added these with the progression mods to improve travel before elytra these are not better then elytra but they are good for before hand travel especially to find all the different eyes
Stoneworks, Supplementaries, Macays Doors Fences and Walls Trapdoors I added these for building and decoration i thing they are very good and simply mods for building keeping to trying to keep it simple yet more then vanilla.
With Extra Mc i wanted to enhance everything i think needed it while trying to keep it as vanilla esque awhile there is 150+ mods i think it stays true to not being to much but is definitely more you could say Extra
