Not just that, cobblemon are nice and all for fighting, but in certain situations your cobblemon won't cut it, so train yourself with various forms of magic and some unusual familiars like croissant dragons, anteaters, and many more. Not to mention the armor and weapons you could earn by defeating bosses and various enemies could aid you well on your adventures too.
