OPtimal is a general purpose QoL, Visual, Audio revamp of minecraft core systems. Giving you a fresh new experience to minecraft. OPtimal adds no substantial new items or blocks, but instead builts upon what minecraft offers and overhauls it.

❓ FAQ and help

• Help, My FPS are really low! Generally your FPS will normalize after some time, distant horizons may still be generating chunks. You can enable a progress bar in the DH settings. Otherwise try lowering your shadow render distance or change your shader.

• FPS seem to stop a certain point If your FPS appear to stop at a certain number e.g 200FPS do the following: In settings reduce your max fps from unlimited to something fixed, then go in game and press F11 two times you should now remain in borderless fullscreen. Then put your FPS limit back to "unlimited". Your FPS should now be uncapped.

• Why are doors invisible? Doors may appear invisible until they are first loaded in, this is a issue of animated doors. Once they have loaded in once it doesn't happen again. *NOTE: On a vanilla server doors may appear invisible no matter what. If that happens disable the "Animated Doors" Mod and resourcepack.

• My Textures are all messed up! Adjusting any resourcepacks should be avoided, as changing the preset load order can cause textures to not behave correctly. You can fix this by deleting your existing options.txt , OPtimal will then revert to the preset one. *Can also be done with any other config file / folder

• Can I use this Modpack on a Server? OPtimal functions on vanilla servers, albeit with more limited functionality as some features require either access to the server (OP) or single player. Please ensure the server allows / supports the mods, resource, data and shader -packs used by OPtimal, you must confirm compliance with a server's rules yourself.

• Is there a server only version of this Modpack? A server only version of the Modpack is TBA, although you can already host a server locally through LAN by simply pressing the "Local serverhosting for friends" button in the pause menu of a loaded singleplayer world.
